Our goal is to elevate the expectations of a traditional studio by leveraging our experience working on both the agency and client side. This ensures our solutions are innovative, user-centric and systemized to scale effectively.

We believe in a small team of senior leaders, allowing projects to move quick and strong relationships with our clients to be formed. That’s how we design and build beautiful products.

Farco | Digital Product and Branding Studio

The role

The Lead Product Designer integrates into the different multi-disciplinary product teams of the client and leads projects end-to-end, from the initial research and analysis phases, to conceptualization and final visual design.

The Lead Product Designer makes strategic decisions based on the overall goals of the project and business strategy of the company. They can confidently work with autonomy and deliver unexpected solutions that elevate the quality of design not only in their assigned projects but across the entire client organization. Their role is to lead by example, constantly generating innovative designs and contributing new ideas that inspire Product Designers from both internal and external teams.

Farco does not hire any designer to be mere executors. We hire designers who inspire teammates, create products that people love, and drive business results.
